Lou is not only VERY good at what he does, but he is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. These are qualities that I have not encountered with most agents. He did not pressure me. He was patient (even though this deal became annoying due to a number of factors) and he never gave up. I could not believe how hard he worked to keep the deal alive. At the end, he even covered part of a fee difference (even though the other agent should have eaten it) and it just shows his character. I already recommended him to someone. He will get a lot of business from me, even if he doesn't believe me yet. 🙂
